Spring Honey

This is our first crop of the year and whilst hives are positioned within range of oil seed rape, they also forage on Winter Bean crops and from the blossom of Hawthorne, Sycamore and other trees.

There is a stone wall in the middle of a field.

Early Summer Honey

This is our second crop of the year, from hives sited on 'set aside', where bees can forage on clover, trees such as lime, from hedgerow and also wild flowers.

Late Summer Honey

Our final crop of the year when the bees are foraging on the Ling flower, found on moorland heather all over North Yorkshire and County Durham.
